Taking care of pregnant women

Before pregnancy 

• Preconception planning, check-ups and preparing the body before pregnancy
• Treatment of infertility as needed

During pregnancy

• Screening test to reveal any abnormality of both mother and baby
• Detection of chromosome problems or thalassemia conducted by a maternal fetal medicine (MFM) specialist or perinatologist
• Screening test for a genetic disorder “Down’s syndrome”
• Consultation for childbirth and delivery methods (e.g. vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery or C-section as well as postpartum sterilization and an appendectomy, the surgical removal of the appendix)
• Antenatal classes and education program before childbirth and delivery 

Childbirth and delivery

• Labor and delivery care with advanced technology, neonatal care equipment and facilities
• Close monitoring and treatment of a high-risk pregnancy
• Treatment of premature infants
• Preparation of breastfeeding and care instructions
• Taking a holistic care of menopause pre, during and post-menopause women
• Treatment of symptoms related to hormonal changes and other problems
• Prevention of osteoporosis in post-menopause women
