5 Tips to Stay Away from Cancer
1. Exercise regularly

3. Eat fruits and vegetables

  • Fruits and vegetables contain cancer-fighting antioxidants and fiber, acting like a brush to stimulate the intestinal wall to produce more mucous, increasing immunity in the colon’s lining and reducing cancer risk
  • Research shows cancer-fighting properties in ingredients like ginger, green tea, red grapes, honey, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, and broccoli
  • Consume fruits and vegetables as half of your meal or about 500 grams

4. Eat a variety of foods

  • Eat all 5 food groups, avoiding monotony, and ensure freshness and cleanliness to avoid mold
