Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited or BDMS, along with its affiliated hospitals including Bangkok Hospital and Samitivej Hospital, were honored with awards at the Global Health and Travel Award event for the year 2019.

Bangkok Hospital organized the event "Don't Let the Elderly Fall, They Might Not Get Up" concerning elderly people slipping and falling, at risk of brain injuries and hip fractures. The campaign encourages children and grandchildren to participate in prevention for the sake of the quality of life of the elderly, in honor of the Elderly Day.

The Dental Center at Bangkok Hospital offers Maxillofacial Prosthesis services, providing treatment options for enhancing the quality of life for patients who have lost facial and jaw structures.


The Medical Committee of the AFC, in collaboration with the Football Association of Thailand and Bangkok Hospital, organized a training on MRI interpretation for the wrist for radiologists from the ASEAN group of countries and East Asia, totaling 16 individuals, and for 6 radiologists from Thailand. The aim is to enhance the knowledge and skills in MRI interpretation for the benefit of each country in implementing age verification or detection of age fraud for football players under the age of 16.
