The results from the evaluation are divided into 3 risk levels:
- High Risk: It is advisable to contact a specialist doctor as soon as possible to reduce the risk of developing heart and vascular diseases
- Medium Risk: It is recommended to adjust lifestyle habits like diet and exercise and to undergo preliminary heart evaluations, which are divided into 2 methods
- Heart Function Test with a Treadmill Exercise Stress Test (EST) (EST), which will test heart condition during exercise to check for ischemic heart conditions. In some cases, resting ECGs might not show abnormalities, but treadmill tests might reveal them. Blocked coronary arteries can lead to insufficient blood flow to the heart muscle, causing ECG changes, aiding doctors in diagnosing heart disease risk.

- Heart Function Test with High-Frequency Sound Reflection Echocardiogram (Echo): An ultrasound heart test sending safe sound waves to the heart’s position, reflecting signals back to render 2-3D images, for real-time heart function assessment. This test aids in accurate heart disease diagnosis, suitable for patients with risk factors, abnormal heart sounds detected by a doctor, or symptoms of diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic kidney failure, atrial fibrillation, chronic lung disease.
