- The package is available for purchase from now until 30 June 2026.
- Packages with multiple sessions must be utilized by 31 July 2026.
- The hospital reserves the right to invalidate any unused sessions after the specified expiry date.
- The stated price includes medical supplies and physician procedural fees only.
- This package cannot be combined with other promotions or marketing discounts.
- The hospital reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance.
- All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Exclusions
- Doctor consultation, evaluation fees, and medications in all cases.
- Expenses related to underlying medical conditions, pre-procedure costs, complications, and any additional expenses beyond the specified procedure.
- Take-home medications, additional medical supplies, or vitamins (if any) are not included.
