Bangkok Hospital has launched 4 brand new centers with SMART services under the theme “Magic Land” to enhance service efficiency and readiness. Emphasizing on SMART Hospital concept, these 4 centers are located on the 5th floor, D-Building, Bangkok Hospital/ These include Fertility Center, Eye and LASIK Center and Bangkok Academy of Sports and Exercise Medicine or BASEM.
SMART Services refer to:
- SMART Application My B+: A mobile app that gives you access to your health records anytime and anywhere with just one click.
- SMART Registration and Queuing: Hospital registration and appointment arrangement using kiosk
- SMART Payment: Self-payment can be easily made through kiosk
- SMART Teams: Highly specialized doctors and other professionals to support the patients throughout their journey.
During the event, Dr. Matinee Maipang (CEO – Group 1 and Bangkok Hospital Director) delivered her opening speech on the concept of SMART Services focusing upon patient’s convenience and service effectiveness. In addition, SMART Talk was held by Cdr. Dr. Pornthep Mamanee – The director of BASEM, Dr. Papakorn Mingmitpattanakul, the director of Fertility Center and Dr. Tarinee Sa-Ngiampornpanit, the director of Eye and LASIK Center together with Sarawut Hengsawad (Writer: Roundfinger), the singer – Praew Kanitkul and Pitta na Patalung (actress) together with her mother Anna na Patalung.
