Appointment & Registration for New and Existing Patients
You can register and request an appointment easily through our online “Request an Appointment” form.
For First-Time Patients
Please complete the online pre-registration form and attach a copy of your passport (or identification document). Once your information has been submitted, our staff will prepare your preliminary registration in advance.
When you arrive at the hospital, kindly proceed to the Customer Service Department to finalize your registration and have your photo taken for our medical record system.
For Existing Patients
Simply submit the Request an Appointment form online to schedule your visit in advance.
Transportation Options
Taxi Services
Our staffs can assist with arranging taxi services for airport transfers and travel to various destinations around the island. All vehicles adhere to safety and service standards to ensure a comfortable journey.
Air Medevac Services (for International Patients)
Under the coordination of our International Services Department, we are fully equipped to arrange both ground and air ambulance transportation.
This includes transfers to and from Bangkok Hospital Siriroj, other BDMS Network hospitals, and—when required—international medical evacuations.
Our team ensures that every step is handled with efficiency, safety, and care.
Airport Buses, Limousine Services & Airport Taxis
Upon arrival at Phuket International Airport, a range of transportation options is available, including airport buses, limousine services, and metered taxis.
These services are accessible to both international visitors and local residents, providing convenient travel to destinations within and outside Phuket.
Car Rental
Car rental services are also available. A passport copy and a security deposit—either cash or credit card—may be required depending on the rental provider.
