The Bangkok Hospital Ratchasima Health Checkup Center offers comprehensive health screenings led by highly trained occupational medicine specialists, supported by advanced laboratory equipment and diagnostic tools. We provide personalized health checkup programs tailored to your family medical history or specific health concerns. Our medical team is available to advise you on appropriate screenings or help design a custom health checkup plan. Should health concerns be identified, our specialists will provide detailed assessments, recommend suitable treatments, prescribe medications, or further diagnostic tests as necessary.

You can access your health checkup results online through our secure Check-up Result Online system. If you require a CD of your X-ray images, please inform our staff at the Health Checkup Center.

Preparation for Health Checkups:

General Recommendations:

  • Fast from food and beverages (except small sips of water) for at least 12 hours before the health checkup.

  • Bring your ID card or passport and arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

  • Provide urine and stool samples on the day of your checkup.

  • If you have existing medical conditions, bring previous medical reports for reference.

  • Continue prescribed blood pressure medications unless advised otherwise.

  • Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours prior to your health checkup.

  • If food intake is necessary before your appointment, choose light snacks, avoiding fatty foods, caffeine, and alcohol.

  • Inform our nurses if you are undergoing medical treatment or taking medications.

Ultrasound Examination Instructions:

  • For clearer abdominal ultrasound results, drink plenty of water and retain urine for 1-2 hours prior to examination.

Advanced Health Screening Technology:

Additional Recommendations:

  • Women undergoing pelvic exams or digital mammography should schedule appointments 7 days before or after menstruation.

  • For health checks required for international employment, bring your passport, three 2-inch photos, and vaccination records (if required), and schedule your appointment one day in advance.

  • For health insurance checkups, present your original ID and relevant company documentation.

  • Wear comfortable clothing for exercise stress tests; appropriate footwear will be provided by the hospital.

  • Report any chest pain or breathing difficulties before starting the exercise test.

Ultrasound Examination Instructions:

  • Upper Abdomen Ultrasound: Avoid food, tea, coffee, and milk, but drink water freely for at least 6 hours before the examination.

  • Lower Abdomen Ultrasound: No dietary restrictions, but ensure you have a full bladder for clearer imaging.
