In addition to her clinical excellence, Dr. Khemawan plays a key leadership role in advancing patient-centered care by embedding Patient Experience strategies into clinical operations, service design, and organizational culture.
- In her role as a Patient Experience (PX) leader, Dr. Khemawan plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing organization-wide PX frameworks to deliver care experiences that integrate clinical excellence, attention to detail, and empathetic communication. Her leadership focuses on fostering patient trust, confidence, and comfort throughout the entire care journey, ensuring that patient-centered principles are consistently embedded across clinical and service operations.
- Clinical Excellence: Highly experienced and well regarded in advanced cataract surgery with premium IOL, as well as the management of dry eye disease using advanced technologies (e.g., IPL). She is also actively involved in the development of diagnostic tools for dry eye disease.
