Preparation Before Health Check-up

Please avoid sleep deprivation. Alcoholic beverages and caffeinated drinks should not be consumed on the night prior to the examination, as they may cause elevated blood pressure readings.

Please wear loose-fitting clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up to facilitate blood collection.

If you are scheduled for an Exercise Stress Test (Treadmill Test), please wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical movement.

Female patients who require a gynecological examination are advised to schedule the examination either 7 days before or 7 days after menstruation.

Please refrain from eating for 8–12 hours prior to the examination. Small sips of plain water are permitted.
Note:
Please fast for 8–12 hours before the examination. Only plain water is allowed during the fasting period.
(Please fast for 8–12 hours prior to blood collection, except for plain water.)
