Patient Transfer Service
Safety is the top priority during patient transportation. Every emergency ambulance is crewed with an emergency physician and equipped with advanced life-support equipment such as vital sign monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, infusion pumps, and suction units. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems, allowing real-time vehicle monitoring and navigation of destination to ensure the quickest and safest route to the hospital.

The Bangkok Emergency Service (BES) operates a specialized Call Center. When patients pre-registered their name, address, and phone number with GPS location data, the system can instantly identify their location upon a distress call. This allows the BES Dispatch Center to coordinate with the medical team and the nearest hospital for rapid and accurate response. BES also develops features of “BES by ilertu” on mobile application, which transmits patient location and details directly to our emergency team when an alert is sent to us, providing invaluable support for patients in emergency settings both at home and outdoors.
