2. Give information about the case
3. Specific the location of the incident clearly
4. Inform about gender, age, symptoms, number of patient(s)
5. Inform the level of consciousness
6. Identify the risks
7. Inform the name of the informer + phone number.
8. Provide first aid & basic life support
9. Wait for the rescue team to pick up the patient(s) to the hospital
