
Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai had the pleasure of welcoming distinguished MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) life insurance representatives from leading insurance companies who joined our Hospital Tour to explore the hospital’s medical capabilities and standards of care.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai was honored to be invited by Central Chiang Rai to take part in the Little Chef Exclusive Masterclass, a workshop activity that provided children with the opportunity to learn and experience cooking as “little chefs” through creative and enjoyable hands-on activities.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, led by Dr. Orasuda Somprasith, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician, provided health education to students at Marie Rak School, Chiang Rai Province.

The Vejdusit Foundation under Royal Patronage, in collaboration with Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, continued its community outreach initiative by donating 120 blankets to students at Nang Lae Kindergarten (Ban Thung), Chiang Rai Province. The donation aims to provide warmth and comfort to children during the cold season in northern Thailand.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai received an Honorable Mention at the BDMS Award 2024: Innovative Sustainable Performancein the Social Innovation Project category, ranking among the Top 5 finalists from more than 1,400 projects submitted.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai provided health education to elderly participants under the program “Sharing Smiles for Happiness: Keeping Seniors Away from Dementia and Depression.” The session was led by Dr.piyanuch treewatanawong, together with a physiotherapist, at the Lifelong Learning Center for the Elderly, Ban Du Subdistrict, Chiang Rai.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, in collaboration with the Chiang Rai Expat Club, organized a Basic Life Support (BLS) training session for expatriates in Chiang Rai. The event aimed to enhance participants' knowledge, safety, and confidence in providing emergency assistance. The training took place on June 11, 2025, at The Legend Resort Chiang Rai.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai is proud to be part of the Chiang Rai Pride Festival 2025, celebrating Pride Month—a month of love, equality, and diversity. We encourage everyone to take care of both their physical and mental health equally, because good health is a fundamental right for everyone.

Ms. Arthitaya Taweesawasboondee, Assistant Nursing Manager of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, together with the nursing team, visited executives from the School of Nursing, University of Phayao, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Phayao, Mae Fah Luang University, and Chiang Rai College to present scholarships to first–third year nursing students under the “Vejdusit Foundation – Nurturing Seeds, Building Future Nurses” program of the Vejdusit Foundation under Royal Patronage.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, led by Dr. Orasuda Somprasit, M.D., Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician, provided educational guidance to parents and teachers at Mae Chan Hospital through a lecture titled “Behavioral Problems in Children: Approaches to Care, Treatment, and Appropriate Behavior Management.”

Dr. Supalak Thomaneesiri Assistant Director of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai and a neurologist specializing in brain and nervous system disorders, led a multidisciplinary team from the hospital to provide health education to members of the Elderly Club in Nang Lae Subdistrict under the topic “Stroke and Risk Prevention.”

On March 10, 2025, Ms. Ratree Boonyokbundit, Director of Nursing at Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, attended the 26th HA National Forum held at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani, where she received the Hospital Accreditation (HA) Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the hospital.
