
Dr. Supalak Thomanisiri, Assistant Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, together with Ms. Ornicha Laphatsirikul from the International Marketing Department, attended the grand opening of Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton, the first luxury hotel under the Hilton portfolio in Northern Thailand, beautifully situated along the Kok River in Chiang Rai.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai participated in the award ceremony for the presentation of a plaque and quality certification for the establishment of a Stroke Unit, held at Vayupak 3–4 Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Centara Life Government Complex Hotel & Convention Centre Chaeng Watthana, Bangkok.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, led by Dr. Udomsak Tangchaisuriya, a medical instructor and specialist in Emergency Medicine and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), conducted a training course on Basic Life Support (BLS) and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for employees of Le Méridien Chiang Rai Resort on 6 August 2026.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai participated in BDMS China Health Connect 2026, held from 17–18 July 2026, to strengthen a premium healthcare network for the Chinese community. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Chen Haiping, Consul-General of the People’s Republic of China in Chiang Mai, who attended and delivered the opening remarks.

Dr. Arisada Pitchayadechakoonl, Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, presided over the presentation of recognition awards to physicians who have earned the trust, appreciation, and admiration of patients through their dedication to exceptional medical care.

On 23 June 2026, the Pediatric Department of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai conducted an academic study visit to Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Samitivej International Children's Hospital in Bangkok. The delegation was led by Dr. Orasuda Somprasit, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician, and Dr. Nahathai Sriwattanawong, Pediatrician, together with the pediatric multidisciplinary team.

On June 10, 2026, Dr. Arisada Pichayadechakul, Acting Director of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, and Dr. Nattachai Kruajuk, Director and Manager of Overbrook Hospital, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance medical collaboration and strengthen patient referral services between the two institutions.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, led by Dr. Udomsak Tangchaisuriya, Medical Instructor and Emergency Medicine Specialist with expertise in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training program for the team of Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton, on 8 June 2026. The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in responding to medical emergencies, including CPR and AED operation, to improve emergency preparedness and strengthen safety standards for both hotel guests and staff.

Saturday, 30 May 2026 - Ms. Ornicha Laphatsirikul from the International Marketing Department of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Ishikawa Hiromichi, Consul of Japan from the Consulate-General of Japan in Chiang Mai, during a gathering with members of the Japanese Association in Chiang Rai and Phayao provinces.
