Instructions for preparation for health check-up
- Please ensure that you have a minimum of six hours of sleep before your scheduled appointment.
- Please do not eat or drink for at least 10–12 hours prior to the check-up.
- Please do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to the check-up.
- You can request a box for the stool examination in advance.
- After collecting the stool, send it right away or store it in a cool place between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius for the next 4 hours.
- You should avoid eating, smoking, and caffeine for at least three hours before the exercise stress test.
- If you are having a lower abdominal ultrasound (Ultrasound Lower Abdomen), please drink a lot of water after the blood draw and hold your urine until the test is complete.
- If you have any chronic diseases, regular medication, vaccination book, or other health history, please bring the test results or a report from your doctor for diagnosis.
For females
- If pregnant, please inform the staff.
- Avoid 7 days before or after the menstrual period.
- Urine analysis and breast cancer screening by Digital Mammogram, should avoid having the test during the menstrual period.

- As this is a special package price, detailed itemized statements cannot be requested retrospectively.
- Once purchased, the package is non-refundable.
- This price does not include medication or additional vitamins (if any).
- The service recipient may undergo the health check-up within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please make an appointment at least 2 days in advance for your convenience.
- In cases where test items or laboratory investigations remain pending, if the customer does not return to complete the services within 30 days from the initial check-up date, it will be considered a forfeiture of rights. The service period cannot be extended, transferred, refunded, or converted to other services. If the customer comes after the specified period, the hospital reserves the right not to provide the services under this package.
