Chiang Mai, July 11, 2025 – Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai celebrated its 11th anniversary of providing trusted healthcare to the people of Chiang Mai with the launch of its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policy under the vision of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS). The hospital aims to lead sustainable development in three dimensions — environment, society, and governance — aligned with the BDMS strategy for Medical Sustainability.

The celebration featured the “Festival of Harmony”, emphasizing the balance between world-class medical service, environmental conservation, and cultural diversity. The event was based on the belief that good healing must occur in a healthy environment, and quality healthcare should be accessible regardless of ethnicity.
The festival showcased the connection between culture and health with diverse performances, including traditional Thai dance, Chinese and Korean cultural dances, as well as performances by international school students and American veterans, symbolizing harmony among communities of different nationalities.
In addition, the hospital provided complimentary health screenings to event participants, including blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, BMI assessments, and memory evaluations. Visitors were also welcomed to tour the newly developed hospital building, which integrates patient-friendly and eco-conscious designs. The building is an extension of the existing facility certified under the LEED 2009 for Healthcare standards by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), recognized globally for Green Hospital excellence.
