How to activate your cards?


Card Activation Steps

Register Your Card

Register for the Expat Card or Health Companion Card with a Bangkok Hospital representative through any available channel.

Receive Activation Link

You will receive an activation link via the contact method you provided (SMS or email).

Activate Your Card

Tap the link to activate your card and log in using your registered email or phone number.

The Expat Card and Health Companion Cards are available in 3 different formats, depending on how you registered with Bangkok Hospital. Each section of the card is positioned as follows:

Top left corner

  • Privilege Group

Top right corner

  • Issuer

Center of the card

  • Type of Card — left side
  • Cardholder Name — below the card type

Bottom of the card

  • Expiration Date — bottom left
  • QR Code icon — bottom right

    (Tap the icon to display your QR Code for identity verification during service check-in)

How to use your privileges?


Log in and choose the privilege you would like to use. Present the privilege details to hospital staff before receiving services.

Terms & Conditions

  • Privileges are available at the specified Bangkok Hospital branches.
  • Please present your card to hospital staff before receiving services.
  • The privileges cannot cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
  • For inquiries or to change your card type, please contact an issuer at Bangkok Hospital.
  • Privileges are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to others.
  • The hospitals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
