Patient’s Journey

After receiving the required documents, Bangkok Hospital Headquarter will proceed and issue “confirmation letter” for the patient.
All patient’s information and confirmation letter will be concurrently submitted by Bangkok Hospital Headquarter to the Thai Ministry of Health in Thailand for permission consideration.
Confirmation letter will be then submitted to the Royal Thai Embassy in the current country in order to request for the Certificate of Entry (CoE) which is a permission to enter Thailand.
Once approved, the patient will obtain the Certificate of Entry from the embassy. Medical transportation to Thailand can be further arranged.
