- Emergency Medical Services
Emergency medical support is applied in a wide variety of situations from scene or non- facility where medical emergency arises in pediatric and adult patients.
Our service will provide on-scene care and transfer of patients on ground ambulance with Basic Life Support and Advance Life Support team to appropriate definitive health care facility. - Inter-Facility Transfer
The patient transfers service from one health care facility to another. Depending on the patient’s condition, geographic location, weather condition, and availability of logistic support the patient including neonate, pediatric, and adult will be transferred by ground ambulance, sea ambulance, air ambulance, or medical escort with the Basic Life Support team, Advance Life Support team, Critical Care Transport Team, and Specialty care team.
Service Hour
Our dispatch center for both EMS and IFT services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Service Area
EMS
With thirteen ground ambulance bases distribute to Central, North, North east, East, west and South of Thailand, our EMS service provides on scene care and transport in the area within 30 minutes’ response time to scene.
IFT
- Ground Medical Transport
Service is provided within 12 hours’ transport time between medical facility in Thailand, where geographically safe for transportation - Sea Medical Transport
- Service is provided in Samui island, Pha-ngan island, Koh Tao island in Surat Thani.
- Service is provided in Koh Chang, Koh Mak, Koh Kood, Mu Koh Chang national park islands in Trat
- Air Medical Transport

The area of service is the Asia Pacific with response time not exceeding 4-10 hours, depending on patient location, airport availability and flight permit granted time - Medical Escort
Area of service is overseas, where commercial flight is available.
