    Initial and Renew Aviation Medical Examination for following;

    • Thai Pilot Medical Certificate of all classes 1-4

      • Pilot Medical Certificate for Class 1- ATPL, CPL
      • Pilot Medical Certificate for Class 2- PPL
      • Pilot Medical Certificate for Class 3-ATC
      • Pilot Medical Certificate for Class 4-UPL



    Preparation for aviation medical examination

    For Pilots
    Initial examination
    Instructions include:

    1. Refraining from eating for 8-12 hours before the test. Drinking plain water is allowed.
    2. Bringing 2 of a 1×1 inch photo. Photo(s) must be taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
    3. Bringing identity card/ identity document which is valid and not damaged.
    4. In case of a new patient, please contact registration counter after arrival at the hospital.
    5. Proper attire is required (appropriate shirts, slacks, belt and formal leather shoes which the soles are fully covered.
    6. If wearing glasses, they must be brought to the test.
    7. In case of undergoing eye procedures e.g. LASIK or PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy), medical certificate for LASIK or PRK which has been issued in the last 6 months must be brought to the test with specified previous visual acuity before undergoing eye procedure.

    * Notes: For female, medical exam must be conducted after the last day of menstruation at least 7 days.


    Renewal examination
    Instructions include:

    1. Refraining from eating for 8-12 hours before the test. Drinking plain water is allowed.
    2. Bringing identity card/ identity document which is valid and not damaged.
    3. In case of a new patient, please contact registration counter after arrival at the hospital.
    4. Proper attire is required (appropriate shirts, slacks, belt and formal leather shoes which cover the entire soles.
    5. If wearing glasses, they must be brought to the test.
    6. Bringing previous medical certificate (s).
    7. Commercial pilot license must be brought.

    * Notes: For female, medical exam must be conducted after the last day of menstruation at least 7 days.

    International  Pilot / Airman Medical Certificates

    • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) – USA.
    • Transport Canada – Canada. 
    • Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) – Australia.
    • Secretariat Of Civil Aviation (SSCA) – Cambodia.


    For Flight Attendants

    Annual check-up and pre-employment

    1. Refraining from eating for 8-12 hours before the test. Drinking plain water is allowed.
    2. Bringing identity card/ identity document which is valid and not damaged.
    3. In case of a new patient, please contact registration counter after arrival at the hospital.
    4. Proper attire is required (appropriate shirts, slacks, belt and formal leather shoes which cover the entire soles.
    5. If wearing glasses, they must be brought to the test.
