Pain Management Clinic

For pain management, we provide services according to the following categories:

  • Acute Pain – The condition has arisen within less than 3 months. For example:
    • General acute pain such as muscles pain around the body or a certain area.
    • Post-Surgical Pain Syndrome such as post amputation pain syndrome.
  • Chronic Pain – The patient has experienced the condition persistently for longer than 3 months. For example: 
    • Difficult to manage pain such as neuropathic pain, nerves pain due to injury or infection – such as shingles.
    • Severe pain due to pancreatitis that requires strong pain medication or some type of nerve block procedures, etc.
    • Patients with chronic pain.
    • Patients suffering from vascular disease or restricted blood flow, such as diabetic lesions that have already been treated by a specialist but still cause pain. 
  • Cancer Pain – There are several causes for cancer pain. For example:
    • Pain due to cancerous growth that puts pressure on a nerve and has spread to the bone.
    • Abdominal or back pain from cancer in the upper abdomen area, such as pancreatic cancer.
    • Pain caused by cancer treatment such as chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery, etc.
    • We also provide guidance on palliative care, including total pain management, for patients whose cancer has spread.
