Terms and conditions :

• The price includes the doctor’s fee for the endoscopic produre and anesthesia, but does not include the doctor’s fee for the outpatient consultation / examination, preoperative assessment (medical clearance), biopsy and pathology fees, treatment costs for patient’s underlying or related conditions, or take-home medications.

• Please note that these endoscopy packages are offered for self-paying patients only and cannot be used with any insurance plans.

In case a biopsy is required, additional fees will be applied :

• Colonoscopy 24,000 THB

Nutzungsbedingungen für Dienstleistungen

1. The E-Voucher is valid only within the specified period.
2. Please present the E-Voucher before receiving the service.
3. The E-Voucher is valid only for the specified service or package.
4. Advance appointment (at least 3 days) is required prior to using the E-Voucher.
5. The E-Voucher cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
6. The E-Voucher is non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the hospital.
7. The hospital reserves the right to change conditions, details, or validity periods without prior notice.
8. Any additional expenses beyond the E-Voucher value will be the responsibility of the customer.
9. The hospital reserves the right to reject any incomplete, modified, or expired E-Voucher.

Anleitung zur Inanspruchnahme der Dienstleistungen

1. Select the service or package you wish to use with the E-Voucher.
2. Contact the hospital to make an appointment in advance.
3. Present the E-Voucher or provide the E-Voucher code to the staff before receiving the service.
4. Present identification documents if required.
5. Receive the service on the scheduled date and time.
6. Any additional expenses beyond the E-Voucher value will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. After the service is completed, staff will confirm the E-Voucher redemption.
