The Out-Patient Department is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm seven days a week. The Trauma and Emergency Service Center is open 24 hours a day.

Please register at the registration counter on the first floor upon arrival. Bring your passport if you are a new patient.

Our team of interpreters is available to attend appointments with you. In addition to the Thai and English languages, the case coordinators in the International Medical Service can assist you in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Burmese, French, and a number of other languages.

Patients are required to pay a deposit based on the category of the room at the time of admission. In case of a surgery or medical procedure, patients are required to pay the total estimated amount before the surgery.

We base the estimated cost on the expected services to be performed. Many factors will influence the final amount billed.
