MIS-C in Children After COVID-19 Infection

MIS-C in Children
This condition can develop in children approximately 2–6 weeks after recovering from COVID-19, with symptoms including:

• Fever
• Red eyes
• Rash
• Swollen, red hands and feet
• In some cases, shock may occur

These symptoms are similar to Kawasaki Disease.
Therefore, parents of children who previously had COVID-19 should closely monitor for signs of MIS-C.
