Bangkok Hospital Udon received the Ocean Life Hospital Award 2024
On February 12-13, 2025, Bangkok Hospital Udon participated in receiving an award in the Ocean Life Hospital Award project, which is given to hospitals outstanding in service and customer experience. This year, 149 hospitals from the network competed, and 42 were selected to receive awards.
The award received was Hospital Experience Excellence.
This year marks the first time Bangkok Hospital Udon submitted activities for the contest, which was a project in collaboration with life insurance agents to provide services and build strong relationships between the hospital and agents. The main objectives were:
- To build relationships between Bangkok Hospital Udon agents and provide care to life insurance customers
- To promote the hospital through Open House & Health Talk activities
