On February 11, 2026, Bangkok Hospital Udon participated in the opening ceremony of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025.
The event was presided over by Mr. Natthaphon Withee, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province, along with heads of government agencies, public and private sectors, and disability associations.
Bangkok Hospital Udon, represented by the Human Resources Manager, received an honor plaque titled “Organization Supporting Employment of Persons with Disabilities 2025,” recognizing its commitment to promoting job opportunities and careers for people with disabilities.
The Udon Thani Provincial Office of Social Development and Human Security organized the event to promote social understanding of persons with disabilities and to encourage equal participation in society under the theme “Promoting an Inclusive Society for Persons with Disabilities to Drive Sustainable Social Development.”
Activities included awards for outstanding persons with disabilities, talent performances, academic exhibitions from public and private sectors, and showcases of products created by persons with disabilities. Participants included persons with disabilities, caregivers, families, government agencies, private organizations, volunteers, and the general public.
On this occasion, Bangkok Hospital Udon supported the event by providing health checkup packages worth a total of 8,500 THB at Udon Thani Hall, Central Udon.
