Bangkok Hospital Udon organized a Value Based Healthcare (VBC) Workshop from March 30–31, 2026, to enhance knowledge, understanding, and exchange perspectives on developing healthcare systems focused on “Patient Value” alongside quality, efficiency, and appropriate medical outcomes.
In this event, on March 30, 2026, the hospital was honored by Dr. Seeharach Lohachitranont, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Group 3, who joined to meet, discuss, and share experiences with the Bangkok Hospital Udon team. The session aimed to exchange ideas and review previous VBC implementations at the hospital, which was highly beneficial for defining concrete future development directions together.
Subsequently, on March 31, 2026, Dr. Seeharach Lohachitranont served as a guest speaker on “Value Based Healthcare,” followed by a Workshop & Group Discussion, and a Q&A and Conclusion session. These activities provided key perspectives for driving the organization toward valuable, efficient, and sustainable healthcare.
