Bangkok Hospital Udon would like to express sincere appreciation to Assoc. The program covered practical concepts, methodologies, and tools that can be applied in real organizational contexts — from Data and AI readiness, innovation development processes, to building a Systematic Innovation Roadmap: Idea → Pilot → Scale aimed at achieving measurable outcomes and generating tangible organizational impact.
The training was conducted in a Hybrid format, hosted by Bangkok Hospital Udon, with collaborative participation from BDMS group hospitals, including Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, Bangkok Hospital Phitsanulok, Bangkok Hospital Khon Kaen, Bangkok Hospital Ratchasima, and Bangkok Hospital Pakchong.
