Bangkok Hospital Siriroj proudly announces that our facilities have received the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation for the 3rd time.
Joint Commission International is the world’s leading independent evaluator of hospital quality, and their accreditation is recognized as the global benchmark and gold standard of excellence in healthcare worldwide.
The on-site evaluation by JCI’s team of expert physicians, nurses and health care administrators was carried out on November 18-22, 2019. The surveyors evaluated and inspected more than a thousand measurable elements, including everything from international patient safety standards and emergency management to infection control and continual staff training.
The JCI accreditation is valid for 3 years and certifies that Bangkok Hospital Siriroj meets or exceeds international standards and follow the latest international clinical guidelines.
Accreditation is a long-term process that demands commitment and Bangkok Hospital Siriroj’s clinical and non-clinical teams have done a great deal of preparatory work leading up to the survey and will continue to maintain the highest of international standards for our patients’ safety and wellbeing.
