Preparation Before Health Check-up
Get enough sleep
Ensure at least 6 hours of rest before your check-up. Lack of sleep may affect test results, especially blood pressure.
Medical history
If you have underlying conditions or previous medical records, please bring your reports for accurate evaluation.
Medication
If you are taking medication for conditions such as high blood pressure, continue as prescribed unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
Clothing
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the arm for blood tests.
Fasting
Avoid food and beverages for at least 8–10 hours before the check-up. Drinking plain water is allowed.
Avoid alcohol
Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before the check-up.
For women
Avoid urine tests during menstruation, as blood contamination may affect results (within 7 days before or after the period).
Breast screening
Mammograms should not be performed during menstruation.
No accessories
Do not wear jewelry around the chest area for chest X-ray examinations.
X-ray precautions
If you suspect pregnancy, please inform staff before your check-up to avoid X-ray procedures.
