Terms and Conditions for Service
1. After payment confirmation, the administrator will request a copy of your ID card.
And a contact phone number will be required to create your record, issue a receipt, and create a service coupon.
*If you already have a record with the hospital, please provide your full name and date of birth.
2. Once the coupon is issued, it will be sent to you via LINE.
(During business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
**For orders placed outside of business hours, the staff will confirm the shipping status first and send the coupon on the next business day.
3. On the day of service, please present the coupon image sent via LINE at the service point.
4. For transfer of rights, please notify the administrator 7 days in advance to process the transfer.
5. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days prior to your service appointment.
6. Package sales period: Today – February 28, 2026
7. Coupon validity: Today – March 31, 2026
8. In case of abnormalities detected, consultation with a specialist is required. *Additional charges will apply. You will be informed of the charges before being referred to a specialist.

10. Service available only at Bangkok Hospital Sanamchan.
11. The price includes doctor’s fees and hospital service fees.
