Service Conditions

Patient Registration & Receipts: Following payment confirmation, our admin will request a copy of your national ID card and phone number to create a medical record, issue a receipt, and generate a service coupon.

If you already have a medical record with the hospital, please provide your full name and date of birth.

Coupon Delivery: Once the coupon is generated, our staff will send it to you via LINE (during business hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 4:30 PM).

For purchases made outside of business hours, staff will confirm the order status first and deliver the coupon on the next working day.

Redeeming the Service: On your appointment day, present the coupon image sent via LINE at the service counter.

Transferring Rights: If you wish to transfer your package rights, please notify the admin at least 7 days in advance to process the transfer.

Appointments: Please schedule your appointment at least 3 days prior to your visit.

Sales Period: August 10 – 24, 2026.

Coupon Validity: August 10 – September 31, 2026.

Additional Findings: In case abnormalities are detected and a consultation with a specialist is required, additional charges will apply. Staff will inform you prior to referring you to a specialist.
