Bangkok Hospital Rayong participated in the “Forest Ordination Ceremony” held at the Chaloem Phra Kiat Observation Tower, Pak Nam Rayong,
in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Rayong Office and local partner networks on 6 February 2026. The initiative aimed to promote natural resource conservation and foster sustainable environmental awareness within the community.
The Forest Ordination Ceremony integrates Buddhist beliefs with environmental conservation principles. During the ceremony, a century-old white cajeput tree was ceremonially ordained as a symbol of respect, protection, and responsible use of natural resources. This initiative aligns with ESG principles, particularly the Environmental Responsibility dimension, which emphasizes maintaining ecological balance and reducing long-term environmental impact.
Bangkok Hospital Rayong firmly believes that “the health of the people cannot be separated from a healthy environment.” The hospital is committed to delivering quality medical services alongside social and environmental responsibility from supporting conservation activities and maintaining green spaces to actively engaging with local communities.
The hospital remains dedicated to advancing healthcare while protecting the planet, contributing to sustainable development for the Rayong community today and for future generations.
