Qualifications for Applicants
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN – BASIC

Must have completed upper secondary education (high school) or equivalent.

Must not be under consideration for revocation, or have had a certificate revoked, in any professional field.

Must be registered as an operational staff member under an emergency response unit or a medical facility.

Must not have any disease or medical condition that would hinder emergency medical operations.

Must not be under disciplinary investigation for serious misconduct, nor be a defendant in a serious criminal case prosecuted by a public prosecutor.
Course Schedule and Timeline
Emergency Medical Technician Program
- Announcement of eligible candidates: 29 December 2024
- Written examination and interview: 18 January 2025
- Announcement of selected candidates: 24 January 2025
- Registration fee payment: 25–31 January 2025
- Theoretical training: 8 February – 5 April 2025
- Practical training: 1 May – 30 September 2025
