Treatment Rights for Patients at Bangkok Rayong Cancer Hospital

Patients pay their own expenses: All patients can pay in cash or by credit card.
Gold Card: Patients wishing to use the Gold Card must have a referral letter from their home hospital to be eligible. Prior to receiving services, the eligibility verification unit will verify and confirm their eligibility with their home hospital.
Social Security: benefits can only be used if they have a referral letter from their home hospital and pay in cash.
Contract Company: Patients do not have to pay in advance, but only with companies with a memorandum of understanding with the hospital. Patients must provide a referral letter from the organization.
Health Insurance: Patients must pay in advance for medical expenses and submit claims to the insurance company to which they are entitled.
Civil Servant: Civil Servant and family members can receive direct reimbursement from the Comptroller General’s Department.
