Those with symptoms of fatigue: shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, or swelling, which may suggest heart failure.
Those with chest pain: or chest pain that does not improve with other treatments.
Those who have abnormal heart sounds detected: such as a murmur or extra heart sounds detected by a doctor while listening with a stethoscope.
Those with pre-existing heart disease: who experience a recurrence of abnormal symptoms or who want to assess the efficiency of heart muscle contraction.
Those with arrhythmias: or palpitations, a faster-than-normal heartbeat, dizziness, fainting.
Those with a history of congenital heart disease: or a family history of hereditary heart disease.
