Motor Vehicle Compulsory Insurance (P.A.B.)
P.A.B. refers to the Motor Vehicle Accident Victims Protection Act, which is a mandatory motor insurance required by law. All vehicles registered with the Department of Land Transport must have this insurance as a guarantee that drivers and passengers will receive medical expense coverage in the event of an accident.
What to Do After an Accident

Immediately take the injured person to a hospital.

Check the insurance coverage and notify the hospital and the insurance company immediately.
Documents Required for Claiming Compulsory Motor Insurance (P.A.B.)
1. Documents for Accident Victims (Motor P.A.B.)

Copy of national ID card

Police daily report
(The police report must clearly state the accident details, including date, time, location, vehicle registration number, chassis number, driver’s name, and passenger’s name.)
2. Documents for Accident Victims Without a National ID Card

Copy of birth certificate + child’s household registration

3. Documents for the Driver
