Bangkok Hospital Network in Phuket and the Phuket Hotels Association (PHA) are delighted to announce the signing of a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on August 5th, 2024. This landmark partnership represents a first-of-its-kind collaboration between the hospitality and healthcare sectors in Southern Thailand.
The MOU was formalized with the signing by Jayne MacDougall, Executive Director of the Phuket Hotels Association; Dr. Lalita Kongseeha, Assistant CEO of BDMS Group 6; Dr. Thiti Samuthrat, Chief Partnership Officer of Bangkok Hospital Network in Phuket and Assistant Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Phuket; Dr. Piriya Atisook, Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Sirioj, and Dr. Nattaweit Meegul, Hospital Director of Dibuk Hospital. The International Marketing team, led by James Cawood and Thanasikan Kittikunyotin, played a pivotal role in this achievement.
This collaboration aims to elevate healthcare standards on the island by introducing innovative wellness programs for staff, hotel guests, expatriates, and locals. Joint initiatives will include exclusive benefits for Phuket Hotels Association members and committee members, as well as special privileges for Bangkok Hospital Network in Phuket Expat Card Holders. This partnership marks a new era of holistic well-being for Phuket’s residents and visitors.
