Preparation Guidelines for Health Check-up

Please ensure you get sufficient sleep the night before your check-up. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, as these can temporarily raise your blood pressure and affect the accuracy of your results.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up to facilitate blood collection.

If your check-up includes an Exercise Stress Test, please wear attire suitable for physical activity.

For female patients undergoing a pelvic examination, it is recommended to schedule the test at least 7 days before or after your menstrual period.

Fasting is required for 8–12 hours before your appointment. You may sip a small amount of plain water during this period.
Note:
Please fast for 8 to 12 hours prior to your blood test, except for plain water.
(Do not consume any food or drinks other than water during this time.)
