  • Average time from surgical order to operating room: *50.3 minutes (target: within 60 minutes), achieved in 77% of cases

• Unplanned re-operation rate: 0% — reflecting surgical precision

• Neurological recovery (GOS improvement) at 3-month follow-up: 78% of patients showed improvement

• 30-day revisit/readmission rate: as low as 0.64%
