Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed with Hebei Children’s Hospital to Support pediatric care, academic exchange, and international patient services
June 1, 2026 | Shijiazhuang, China – Bangkok Hospital Pattaya has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hebei children’s hospital, marking an important step in strengthening pediatric healthcare collaboration between Thailand and china.
The agreement was signed during the opening ceremony of the 16th Hebei Children’s Health Culture Festival. The partnership aims to promote clinical collaboration, professional training, academic exchange, and international patient referral services, while supporting the development of pediatric healthcare cooperation between the two countries.

Participating in Advance Pediatric Medical Forum
Prior to the signing ceremony, representatives from Bangkok Hospital Pattaya participated in the 2026 “Yanzhao Pediatrics: Leading the Future of Medicine” Advanced Pediatric Medical Training Program, hosted by Hebei Children’s Hospital on May 31.
Held under the theme “Collaboration, Innovation and Shared Growth: Building a Future-Oriented Community for Children’s Health,” the forum brought together pediatric specialists, researchers, and healthcare administrators from China and abroad to exchange insights on pediatric medicine, innovation, multidisciplinary care, and modern hospital management.
Dr. Piyaporn Thipayarat, Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, was invited to attend the opening ceremony and deliver a presentation titled “Sharing International Medical Experience in Thailand: Improving Clinical Outcomes through Value-Based Healthcare.” In her presentation, she emphasized the important of effective hospital management, medical innovative, and continuous advancements in medical technology, in improving clinical outcomes, healthcare quality and patient safety.
During the program, both institutions discussed opportunities for collaboration in pediatric specialty development, hospital management, international healthcare services, and academic advancement, laying a strong foundation for the formal partnership.

Under the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya and Hebei Children’s Hospital will explore collaboration in key areas, including:

Tourism Authority of Thailand Supports Healthcare Collaboration
Ms. Yolrawee Sittichai (Ninghuang), Director of the Beijing Office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, attended the event and delivered remarks in support of the partnership.
She highlighted the long-standing friendship between Thailand and China and noted that healthcare has become an increasingly important area of bilateral cooperation. She expressed confidence that the partnership between Bangkok Hospital Pattaya and Hebei Children’s Hospital would further promote collaboration in healthcare services, professional development, and people-to-people exchanges.
She also noted that this cooperation would support the exchange of medical expertise and treatment innovations while creating new opportunities for the integrated development of healthcare services and wellness tourism.
Building a New Platform for Thailand–China Pediatric Healthcare Cooperation
The signing of this Strategic Cooperation Agreement represents another milestone in Bangkok Hospital Pattaya’s international development journey and reflects the hospital’s commitment to expanding cooperation with medical institutions in China.
Moving forward, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya will leverage the international medical resources and expertise of the BDMS network to further strengthen collaboration with healthcare partners’ in China.
