At Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, we have listened to this need. We are strengthening our primary care service through our Primary Care Physician (PCP) team and International Medical Coordination Center (IMCC).
Our goal is simple: to give you a trusted personal doctor, such as Dr Belle (Dr Thanyaphorn Yuilue, Medical Licence No. 74127) or Dr Tom (Dr Naruephon Hengkratok, Medical Licence No. 74476), who knows you and understands your medical history.
Your Primary Care Physician focuses on:
- Preventive care and regular health checks
- Early detection of health problems
- Long-term management of existing conditions
- Creating a Personal Health Plan together with you
If you need specialist care, your PCP can coordinate your referral to the right specialist. After your specialist visit, your care returns to your PCP for continued follow-up and support.
Of course, if you prefer to see a specialist directly, you are always free to do so.

While your doctor focuses on your health, our IMCC team helps manage the practical side of your care. This includes international insurance coordination, specialist appointments, and German and French interpreter support.
We also offer services designed especially for international residents:
- Medication Review: Helping match medicines from your home country with suitable medicines available in Thailand, so your treatment can continue safely.
- English Medical Summary: Preparing a clear summary of your medical history and treatment for your doctor overseas when you travel or return home.
- Living Will Support: Helping you prepare documents that clearly express your wishes about future medical care.

Our services are provided under JCI international standards, with 24-hour emergency care available.
Our primary care service is Pay-Per-Visit, so you pay only for the care you use. For those who travel frequently within Thailand, we also offer the optional Chivawattana Membership, with benefits across more than 40 BDMS network hospitals nationwide.
