Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai received an Honorable Mention at the BDMS Award 2024: Innovative Sustainable Performancein the Social Innovation Project category, ranking among the Top 5 finalists from more than 1,400 projects submitted.
The project “Heal Jai Coffee”, the only representative from Chiang Rai, was created through a collaboration between Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai and Doi Chang Coffee. The initiative focuses on promoting sustainable income opportunities for coffee farmers in the Doi Chang community. Coffee is a key economic crop with strong demand in both domestic and international markets. Through this project, the hospital aims to support local farmers by helping create additional income opportunities while promoting sustainability across multiple dimensions—including economic, social, environmental, and health aspects.
