On 13 February, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, the Health Science Research Institute of Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Vejdusit Foundation, organized the project “Breathing Clean Air: Clean Rooms for Child Development Centers” at Kachasarn Hall, Chiang Rai Provincial Central Stadium, Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province.
The project aimed to provide knowledge about the haze and air pollution situation, its health impacts on early childhood development, and the principles of establishing dust-free clean rooms. The program also included a demonstration on assembling clean air boxes, as well as the handover of new-generation air purification equipment to child development centers, enabling them to effectively implement and further expand clean air initiatives.
