Preparation Before Your Health Check-Up
- Get adequate rest and sleep for at least 6–8 hours before your appointment.
- Refrain from eating for at least 10–12 hours prior to the examination. Small sips of water are allowed.
- Avoid consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours before the check-up.
- If you have any underlying medical conditions, take regular medications, have a vaccination record, or other relevant medical history, please bring your previous test results or medical reports for the physician’s evaluation.
For Female Patients
- If you are pregnant or suspect that you may be pregnant, please inform the staff in advance before the examination.
- It is recommended to undergo the check-up at least 7 days after your menstrual period has ended.
