2. Using is depend on the discretion of the cardiologist.
3. Including Doctor fees, Medical Equipment and supplies in procedures.
4. This package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
5. The hospital has the right to change the price without notice.
6. Not include another specialist consultation.
7. Not include the treatment costs for any of patient’s related or underlying conditions, medical clearance, complications which not relating to procedure will incur an additional charge and will be added on to the
