Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, in collaboration the “2024 Amazing Thailand Songkran Festival Hundred Vehicles Self-Driving Event” with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, warmly welcomed a car caravan from Yunnan Province, China, comprising over 100 cars, at the InterContinental Chiang Mai Hotel on April 12th.

In addition to warmly welcoming our Chinese tourists, the city is buzzing with excitement. Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai took pride in its participation in the ‘Kad Mua’ activity booth, which aimed to promote health among tourists as follows:
- Trauma Center of Excellence: To ensure safety, a first aid unit and ambulance are located right outside the hotel.
- Rehabilitation Clinic: Our physical therapists were offering stretching sessions to alleviate fatigue from long drives.
We anticipated that these activities would boost tourism in Chiang Mai. Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai promised to contribute to Chiang Mai’s transformation into a leading medical tourism destination.
