Chiang Mai —Mr. Weerapong Ritrod, Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai Province, recently presided over the opening ceremony of the “Run with The Flow 2025” at the Royal Park Ratchaphruek. The event was organized by BDMS’. Bangkok Chiang Mai Hospital and attended by the Provincial Office of Tourism and Sports, Chiang Mai and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Executives BDMS network, as well as runners from across the country — all gathering amid Chiang Mai’s cool climate.

Narintara Boonjongcharoen, CEO of Group 4 and Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, explained that this charity run holds deep social significance for the people of Chiang Mai by promoting exercise for cardiovascular health and the prevention of heart disease and stroke — two of the leading causes of death in Thailand. In addition, the event serves to strengthen Chiang Mai’s image as a “Health & Wellness Tourism Destination,” leveraging the province’s outstanding natural beauty, rich culture, and high-quality medical services.

Run with The Flow 2025 at Chiang Mai is part of a nationwide series of 7 charity runs. After covering expenses, all proceeds will be donated to the Vejdusit Foundation to support underprivileged patients who lack access to medical care — reflecting BDMS’s commitment to fostering sustainable health and wellness in society.
