Major General Dr. Niwat Boonyuen, Director of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai opened the seminar “Personalized Medicine in Oncology 2020″ organized by Oncology Center of Excellence, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai in conjunction with the Chiang Mai Oncology Group (CMOG) from November 14th to 15th, 2020 at Kantary Hills Hotel
The academic seminar “Personalized Medicine in Oncology 2020″ was organized to help disseminate academic knowledge and new developments in oncology. It also served as a platform for exchanging cancer treatment experiences among physicians. The oncology medical team from Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai participated in discussions on various topics, including Prof. Emeritus Dr. Sumitra Thongprasert participating in the seminar topic Symposium II: Evolving the Treatment Practice in Stage IV EGFRm NSCLC and Stepping for Curative Intent Approach in Stage III NSCLC, and Dr. Witwat Ariyawutthayakorn lecturing on What’s the best management of Immunotherapy toxicity? They also attended lectures by many other oncology experts. This event was a platform for enhancing knowledge, ability, and skills in effective cancer patient care. More than 100 doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and medical personnel attended the academic conference.
