The hospital will proceed with the destruction of medical records for outpatients and inpatients who last received services in 2014 (B.E. 2557) and have had no contact for over 10 years. This will be carried out by October 2025.
If you wish to access information from your medical records, please bring your ID card to the Medical Records Service Department from now until September 30, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
