Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, in collaboration with Central Pattana, has launched “The Longevity Journey: Check-Up Eat Shop,” a preventive healthcare initiative designed for people in Chiang Mai and across Northern Thailand.
A key highlight is the “Tem Im” Health Check-up Package, a new health screening program available in three tiers. Each package includes a complimentary dining voucher redeemable at participating restaurants at Central Chiangmai, also known locally as Central Festival Chiangmai, Central Chiangmai Airport, and Central Lampang. The initiative transforms a routine health check-up into a meaningful day of self-care and quality time with loved ones.
Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai is also offering Sleep Tests and CT Coronary Artery Calcium Score screenings to Central shopping center Top Spenders. The benefits are designed to extend the shopping experience into everyday wellness—making quality preventive healthcare more accessible, closer to home, and easier to integrate into daily life.
The launch ceremony was presided over by Dr. Pramote Nilprem, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Group 4, Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS). The event also featured a special highlight talk, “Longevity Begins with Sleep,” presented by Chiang Mai-born singer New Napassorn and Dr. Niratchada Sap-anan, a neurologist and specialist in sleep medicine.
Guests were invited to explore a range of Lifestyle Medicine activities, including heart disease risk assessment, preliminary sleep quality screening, an eye examination conducted by ophthalmologist Dr. Chompoonoot Kunaviktikul, and the BDMS Interactive Health Screening—a convenient self-check that can be completed in just one minute.
Visitors also explored health and wellness booths, received souvenirs, and met representatives from participating hospitals, including Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, Bangkok Hospital Phitsanulok, Bangkok Hospital Udon, Bangkok Hospital Khon Kaen, Bangkok Hospital Ratchasima, Bangkok Hospital Pak Chong, and Bangkok Hospital Khao Yai.
